Forest Bathing & Nature Connection for Wholeness, Healing and Wild Belonging
Forest Bathing & Nature Connection for Wholeness,
Healing and Wild Belonging
At Yew in the Wild, we create quiet, nature-based spaces for restoration, reflection and reconnection — with the land, with others, and with yourself. Through guided forest bathing, nature connection and seasonal practices, you are invited to slow down, listen deeply, and find your place within the living world.

Rooted in the traditions of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), nature-based healing* and
therapeutic horticulture, our offerings are trauma-aware, inclusive and gently held —
whether
you’re navigating stress or burnout, grief or recovery, or simply longing for more stillness
and
meaning.
These aren’t nature walks. They are invitations to come home to yourself — in the
company of trees,
birdsong and moss underfoot.
